Consultancy – Our initial meeting with you will take place at your convenience and will allow us to understand the requirements of the roofing project and your property. A Specification will be designed according to meet the buidlings needs, and your budget. Another key aim will be to minimise disruption, and produce a roofing package specifcally designed for you.

Surveying – Our surveyors are all members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and are highly skilled in many different types of roofing projects. Their involvement in your project will assist us in understanding the specific needs of your roof and will ultimately help us recommend the right solution for you.

Project Management – Whether it's a simple leak repair or a Green Roof installation we will manage the project from start to finish. And we'll even be around to help with any questions you have once the roof is complete. We want you to understand what's happening without having to worry about the works.

Installation – We work with a fully trained team of roofing contractors who are experienced in working on residential projects. All of our contractors are professional, well mannered, and respectful of your home and your privacy.

Leak Detection – Depending on the size and complexity of the roof, there are various ways to detect leak into the building. Visual inspections will spot the most obvious failures in the waterproofing system, and can often be combined with a localised repair. When there is evidence of more severe water ingress into the building, then a more in depth detection method has to be employed by Flood Testing, Electronic Testing or Thermographic Testing.
